1. ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RISK
I understand that using sim racing equipment at RacingPoint may involve physical risks including but not limited to: motion sickness, dizziness, eye strain, muscle strain, repetitive stress injuries, and discomfort from extended use of sim racing equipment.
2. EQUIPMENT RESPONSIBILITY
I agree to use all equipment (steering wheels, pedals, seats, monitors, headsets) with reasonable care. I accept financial responsibility for any damage caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or reckless behavior. Normal wear and tear during proper use is excluded.
3. RULES & CONDUCT
I agree to follow all venue rules and staff instructions. I understand that RacingPoint reserves the right to end my session without refund for unsafe behavior, equipment abuse, or violation of venue rules.
4. PHOTO & VIDEO CONSENT
I consent to being photographed or recorded while at RacingPoint for promotional purposes on social media, website, and marketing materials. I may opt out by informing staff.
5. HEALTH DECLARATION
I confirm that I do not have any medical condition that would make participation in sim racing activities dangerous to my health. If I feel unwell during a session, I will immediately inform staff and stop.
6. DATA COLLECTION
I consent to RacingPoint collecting my contact information (phone, email), session data, and driving statistics for service improvement and communication purposes.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release RacingPoint, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims arising from my participation in sim racing activities at the venue.
